The situation

OsteoStrong reached out with a problem that had a deadline attached to it. The company's contract with FranConnect, a CRM built specifically for franchise networks, was coming up for renewal, and he had two reasons not to sign it again: the cost, over $2,000 per month, and the platform itself, which had fallen behind what a modern marketing and sales operation actually requires.

What used to be a 14-step manual process, involving state license verification, background checks, contract delivery, and document tracking, now runs automatically from the moment a candidate expresses interest in buying a franchise.

Every stage of the sales process was rebuilt with automated follow-up sequences, nurture flows, and activity tracking, so the team has full visibility into the pipeline and nothing gets missed because someone forgot to send a message.
The full scope also covered the migration of 18,000+ contacts, a complete rebuild of all existing automations, dozens of additional custom workflows, phone setup and A2P registration, and training for the entire organization across all levels.
