What I do
I fix how growing American businesses handle leads, from the moment someone shows interest to the moment the deal closes. That means setting up the right tools, connecting them, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Before touching any tool, I map what's actually broken. What gets built after that fits how the business actually runs, not how the software works out of the box.
Who I am
The background I bring is deliberately wide: a degree in Digital Marketing, another in Systems Analysis and Development, an MBA in Neuroscience, and certifications from CXL Institute (one of the most rigorous conversion optimization programs in the industry) and the Interaction Design Foundation (a global reference in UX research).
I am the bridge between marketing, technology, human behavior, and design.

I got into this sideways. Hired as a software developer by a marketing agency, I spent the first few months realizing the job had nothing to do with writing code. They needed someone at the intersection of marketing and technology who could own the whole thing. I never went back.
How I work
This works best with founders who are organized, respect process, and want real ownership from whoever they bring in, someone who takes the problem seriously and gets it done.
The business decisions, the context, and the people. You know the operation better than anyone. That's yours.
The technology, the strategy, and the execution. You don't manage the process. I surface solutions, not status updates.

Who this is for
01
Demand is running but deals keep slipping through the cracks.
02
The team is doing manually what should have been automated months ago.
03
You've hired people before who promised a lot and delivered a presentation.
If any of that sounds familiar, the best next step is an hour-long diagnostic to map exactly where you're losing leads and money, with a prioritized plan to fix it.
