CRM & automation

A system that keeps every contact, every conversation and every stage of the sale, automating what's still being done by hand.

  • What it is

A CRM is the system where all your contacts and their history live: who has talked to you, what stage of the sale they're in, what was agreed. Automation is getting that system to handle repetitive tasks on its own, like sending a follow-up message, routing people into the right queue, or alerting your team when a lead goes cold.

  • Laptop with a CRM open, showing a contact list and a sales pipeline board
  • Who it's for

For companies with enough contacts or clients that things start slipping through the cracks: people who vanish from the spreadsheet, salespeople who forget to follow up, information scattered across WhatsApp chats. If your whole operation still fits in one person's head, it may not be time yet. If it doesn't anymore, this is exactly what it's for.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • How much does the implementation cost?

It depends on the scope, but on average it is around $1,000 (R$5,000). Automation projects vary more and are quoted case by case.

  • How long does it take?

On average, 1 month. The timeline depends on the scope and on how quickly the person responsible inside your company sends us what we need.

  • What is included?

The scope is defined in a call with you, and everything agreed between both sides is included.

  • How does the process work?

We start with a first conversation, followed by 1 to 2 free assessment calls. Once the service is closed, we follow what was agreed. In automation projects, the assessment is where we map what can be automated before the proposal.

  • Is there support after delivery?

Yes, 60 days of support for questions and for fixing anything caused by us. Things broken by the client or outside the scope are charged separately.

  • Do you migrate my data from where I am today?

    Yes, always.

  • Does the CRM integrate with what I already use?

In most cases yes, as long as your tools allow integration. When they do, we integrate what was agreed in the contract.

  • Do you train my team?

    Yes, training is included.

  • Is the CRM customized to my sales process or is it standard?

You choose the CRM, with or without our recommendation. When we recommend it, the delivery already comes customized. When the choice is yours, customization depends on how far the tool allows it, but in most cases it is possible.

  • What exactly do you automate in my business?

Everything that makes sense to automate, always checking whether automation fits that activity without hurting reputation or quality. It also depends on the software allowing integration.

  • Is this compliant with data protection law?

Yes. In Brazil we follow the LGPD, and in the United States we follow the applicable local legislation.

  • If I cancel, are the data and the workflows mine?

Yes. The CRM is always yours, nothing stays under our company's name. Everything is handed over to you upon payment, and we remain only as admin users of the system.

Scattered information costs sales

Every growing company hits a point where losing contacts, forgetting to follow up or not knowing where each deal stands starts costing real money. We've migrated operations with over 18,000 contacts without losing any history.
